• Edurino (2025) — Building parents’ trust with free trial games: redesigned the first-time experience of a children’s learning app so new families can play before buying a figurine. Read the case study.
• Zdrowe Zakupy (2021–2022) — Cut product submission time 4x by replacing manual entry with OCR, in a Polish food barcode scanner app with about 350,000 users. Read the case study.
